We’re absolutely wrapped with it. I just love it. I think it’s given us a whole new lease of life for us. We’ve really got the outdoor flow. When we came here we didn’t have this, but now we’ve got it. We’re spending most of our time our here, especially in the summer months. It’s really great. We like the workmanship and the quality of product.
The blinds are fully automated which is good, so they can go up and down independently and that really gives us a nice secure area for the cooler evenings and we still get to enjoy the outside area as well.
We’re very happy with the investment because it’s built to last.
I think at the end of the day you’ve just to go think about that it’s not a one or two year investment. It’s a 10, 15, 20 year investment and you’re going to do things like this to get the maximum potential out of what’s being offered and at the end of the day, get it done first, get it done right and then it’s all behind you. You can just sit back and enjoy it.

We found ourselves sitting out here two or three times a week, at least, on evenings that we wouldn’t otherwise be sitting out here in. So if the temperature’s marginal or there’s a bit of breeze outside, these louvre’s protect that, and it just adds a nice enclosed ambience.
There was some concern that they might take away some light from the house but I think in a modern house there’s no need to worry about that.
We went online and looked at some of the work and naturally got a few quotes, but it just really came down to Liam being very easy to deal with and so was Charlotte, the appearance and the quality just looked super sharp.
100% it’s great, we love it, we’d do it again. I wish we’d done it when we built the house

We’re not able to use to use the environment, the natural environment all of the time. Christchurch weather is not conducive to that, so this (the louvres) has given us the ability to use it probably nine to ten months of the year.
We’ve had lots of outdoor areas over the years but the limitation is the season, you really are limited to the months of the year that are warm enough to eat outside.
The louvres allows you to entertain as well as eat and cook and around the fire. But you couldn’t do that if you didn’t have the louvres. It brings the whole thing down into an intimate setting which is pretty cool.
We’ll be out here 365 days a year. It’s a really good product, I can fault it. Price wise it was very competitive, Liam’s been good at maintaining contact. Very responsive to text and phone messages. We’re really pleased. It’s been worth waiting for.
